<br />CONSIDERATION received from GRANTEE, MERRILL J. WISSING, TRUSTEE OF THE

<br />North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, subject
<br />to an electrical transmission line easement along the East side of the Northwest
<br />Quarter, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast
<br />corner of the Northwest Quarter (NWVI) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Nine
<br />(9) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County; thence
<br />proceeding South along the West line ofthe said Northwest Quarter (NWVI) a
<br />distance of two hundred feet (200'); thence Westerly a distance of sixteen feet
<br />(16'); thence Northerly a distance oftwo hundred feet (200') to the North line of
<br />the Northwest Quarter (NWVI); thence Easterly sixteen feet (16') to the point of
<br />beginning, which Easement is recorded as Document No. 200210628 in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska;

<br />a part of Lot I on the MAINLAND and part of Lot I on the ISLAND in the
<br />Northwest Quarter (NWVI) of said Section Fifteen (15), said tract being more
<br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot I

<br />Bureau of Land Management and the West Line of said Lot Ion the ISLAND for
<br />a total distance of 600.00 feet; thence S88016'41 " East parallel with the North line
<br />of said Lot I on the MAINLAND for 727.00 feet; THENCE N 00000'00" West
<br />across the abandoned North Channel of the Platte River for 600.00 feet to a point
<br />on the North line of said Lot I on the MAINLAND; thence N 88016'41" West on
<br />the North line of said Lot I on the MAINLAND for 727.00 feet to the POINT OF
<br />BEGINNING, said tract containing 10.009 acres, more or less, the Westerly 33.00
<br />feet thereof being Hall County road right-of-way, and
