<br />southerly steel girder on the West side ofthe Prairie Creek Bridge, (a permanent
<br />steel and cement structure), proceed South along the West side ofthe county road
<br />a distance of 440 feet to a point on the road ditch east slope; then proceed
<br />westerly 900 242 Feet to a point, thence 900 southerly 180 Feet to a point, then
<br />900 easterly 242 Feet to a point, back on the east slope of the West ditch on the
<br />county road, then 900 northerly along the road ditch 180 Feet to the starting point,
<br />containing one (1) acre more or less;

<br />of 109.77 Feet; thence S13058'57" W for a distance of60.12 Feet; thence
<br />S27013'05" E for a distance of 194.86 Feet; thence Sll 055'39" W for a distance of
<br />189.88 Feet thence N89039'10" W for a distance of 181.78 Feet; thence
<br />S04042'23" E for a distance of 819.98 feet to a point on the North line of Old
<br />Military Road; thence N89049'35" W on the North line of said Old Military Road,
<br />for a distance of 1839.19 feet to a point on the West line of said NWYi; thence
<br />NOoo04'47" W, on the West line of said NWYi, for a distance of 1895.00 Feet to
<br />the POINT OF BEGINNING said tract containing 84.117 acres more or less, the
<br />Westerly 33.00 Feet thereof being McGuire Road right-of-way, the South line of
<br />said NWYi assumed N90000'00" E in direction; and
