<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />- - WHEREAS,. all of the indebtedness s-ecUred by the--Deed of Trust made among GARY V.
<br />PEDERSEN AND MARY I. PEDERSEN, husband and wife, Trustor, and Farmers State Bank
<br />and Trust Company of Superior as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated March 28, 1987, and re-
<br />recorded on April 2, 1987, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument Number 87-101814 has been paid; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior, as
<br />Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request ofthe Beneficiary, Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust
<br />Company of Superior, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above described
<br />Deed of Trust in the following described property:

<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
