<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated May 25th, 2006, LESLIE'S ENTERPRISES L.L.C. AND
<br />JOHN M CUNNINGHAM, as ("Trustor"), in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #0200609794 in the Register
<br />of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 2nd day of November, 2006.
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:

<br />PARCEL 3: LOT 7, BLOCK 19, PALMER'S SUBDIVISION (LOT 7, BLOCK 7, COMPo
<br />SPAULDING & GREGG'S ADDITION), TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA

<br />PARCEL 9: NORTH 44 FEET OF LOT 1 AND THE NORTH 44 FEET OF LOT 2,
<br />BLOCK 16, SCHIMMER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated November 30th, 2006, recorded as
<br />Document #0200609794 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
