ENRIQUEZ, a single person, is designated <br />as Trustor-Borrower, TIERONE BANK, a United States Corporation, is designated as <br />Trustee and Beneficiary. Said Deed of Trust was filed for record in the Office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on September 30, 2004 as Instrument No. <br />1..00409670. Said Deed of Trust grants to TierOne Bank, Trustee the power of sale over the <br />following described real estate: <br /> <br />The Southerly Eighty-two feet (S 82') of Lot Six (6), in Block Four (4), Gilbert's Second <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more commonly known as <br />924 W 15th Street, Grand Island, NE 68801-3610 <br /> <br />Further Joseph H. Badami, Attorney for Trustee, states that the said Trustor-Borrower <br />has breached an obligation of said Deed of Trust by failing to pay the month ly payments of <br />principal and interest of Four Hundred Nineteen and 40/100 Dollars ($419.40) for the <br />months of September, October, November and December, 2006 plus escrow payments and <br />late charges.
