<br />That Grantors, George B. Bellamy, Irma K. Bellamy, and Bruce A. Bellamy, as Co-
<br />Trustees of the Bellamy Family Trust, established on April 14, 2005, in consideration of
<br />the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which
<br />is hereby acknowledged, convey to Stephen R Wylie and Patsy A. Wylie, husband and
<br />wife, Grantees, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, and not as tenants in common,
<br />the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Sec. 76-201) in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:

<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />Grantors covenant with the Grantees that Grantors:

<br />I. are lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances
<br />except easements, covenants, and restrictions of record;
<br />2. have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />3. warrant and will defend the title to the real estate against any acts of the Grantor.
