EIHUSEN DATED SEPTEMBER 4, 2004, AS AMENDED BY <br />CODICIL DATED SEPTEMBER 15,2004, the following described real estate (as defined in <br />Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201) located in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lot Two (2), Indianhead Sixth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska; and <br /> <br />Lots Twelve (12), Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14), Eighteen (18), Nineteen (19) and Forty- <br />Three (43), Indianhead Seventh Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br /> <br />GRANTOR has determined that GRANTEE is the party entitled to distribution of the real <br />estate from said estate.
