<br />PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF VIRGIL R. EIHUSEN, DECEASED,
<br />the following described real estate (as defined in NEB. REV. STAT. Section 76-201) situated in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />

<br />Nebraska.

<br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR:
