<br />GRANTOR, as a partial distribution of capital, conveys to GRANTEE, JACK HENRY,
<br />PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF VIRGIL R. EIHUSEN, DECEASED,
<br />the following described real estate (as defined in NEB. REV. STAT. Section 76-201) situated in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />Lot Two (2), Indianhead Sixth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; and
<br />
<br />Lots Twelve (12), Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14), Eighteen (18), Nineteen (19) and Forty-
<br />Three (43), Indianhead Seventh Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.

<br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR:

<br />(l) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances;

<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and
<br />
<br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons.
