<br />Know All Men by These Presents:

<br />THA T WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, Assignment, Security
<br />Agreement and Fixture Filing dated March 8, 2006, executed by BM & M, L.L.c., a Kansas limited
<br />liability company, to JAMES M. PFEFFER as Successor Trustee to SCOTT A. MEYERSON, for the
<br />benefit of BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., the Beneficiary named therein, recorded in the Mortgage Records
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on March 22, 2006 as Instrument
<br />Number 0200602440, has been paid, and the Beneficiary thereunder has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by the Beneficiary's endorsement on the
<br />following page.

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary thereunder, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Deed of Trust in the real property legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto and
<br />incorporated herein by reference together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances on
<br />such real property.
