<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by SHARON L. SETLlK, as Trustor, to
<br />DUANE A. BURNS, as Trustee, for the benefit of DELLA L. KLINGMAN, f/k/a Della L. Hoffman and
<br />HAROLD KLINGMAN, wife and husband, as Beneficiary, dated June 17, 1996 and recorded in the
<br />Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 96-104704 has been paid, and the
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by their endorsement below. Harold Klingman is deceased.
