<br />from Central National Bank (hereinafter "Assignee") to Geneva State Bank, a Corporation (hereinafter "Geneva
<br />State Bank"), the receipt and sufI1ciency of which are hereby acknowledged by Geneva State Bank, Geneva State
<br />Bank grants, assigns, conveys and transfers to Assignee all of Geneva State Bank's right, title and interest in that
<br />certain Deed of Trust dated December 22,2006 wherein Geneva State Bank is the Beneficiary, David A. Bahe
<br />and Kari K. Bahe, Husband and Wife, is the Trustor, and Central National Bank is the Trustee, which Deed of

<br />Together with the indebtedness described in said Deed of Trust and the money due or to become due thereunder,
