<br />FROSTINA LEA NELSON, formerly known as FROSTINA LEA WEBB and JERRY
<br />E. NELSON., wife and husband, GRANTORS, in consideration of One Dollar
<br />($1.00) and" other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
