<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Todd C. Enck and Kelly A. Enck, husband and wife; and Gregory D.
<br />Roberts and Dixie A. Roberts, husband and wife, as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank &
<br />Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated the 21st day of November, 2003 and recorded on the 5th day of
<br />December, 2003, at the Registcr of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.
<br />200315728, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these prescnts grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons en tided thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):
