<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Gordon L
<br />O'Neill and Colleen K O'Neill to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank (by merger), Trustee
<br />and Beneficiary, dated May 01, 2002, and recorded May 06, 2002 in the office of the Register of Decds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in Instrument # 0200204860, has been paid, and said Beneficiary
<br />does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvcy to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Decd of
