The West Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section Five, Township Eleven North, Range Twelve West of the Sixth Principal Mcridi.an, Hall County, Nebraska. The West Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section Five, Township Eleven North, Range Twelve West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Ncbraska, hereby acknowledges: TRUSTOR UNDERSTANDS THAT SUCH TRUSTOR HAS THE RIGHT TO MAKE A DESIGNATION OF HOMESTEAD IN TIIE DEED OF TRUST BUT HEREBY WAIVES TIIE SAME, UNDERSTANDING THAT THE EXECUTION OF TInS WAIVER CONSTlTIITES TIIE WAIVER OF RIGHTS A V AILABLEFOR TIIE PURPOSE OF AFFORDING TIIE TRUSTOR THE OPPORTIJNITY TO RETAIN IDS OR HER HOMESTEAD IN THE EVENT OF A DEFAULT UPON SUCH DEED OF TRUST.
