Whelan, an unmarried individual, Trustor under a Deed of <br />Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on November 4, 1998 as <br />Instrument No. 98-110820, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />LOT FIFTEEN (15), KENTISH HILLS SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the <br />terms of said Deed of Trust.
