<br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (NEl/4 SEl/4); thence Westerly along the South line
<br />of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter running
<br />Northeasterly, a distance of Eight Hundred (800.0)feet; thence
<br />deflecting right 125 degrees 40' 06" and running Northeasterly, a
<br />distance of One Thousand Two Hundred Eleven and Twenty-six Hundredths
<br />(1,211.26) feet to the Southerly right-of-way line of Highway 1-80;
<br />thence Easterly along said Highway right-of-way line, a distance of
<br />Ninety (90.0) feet to the East line of said Section Twenty-four (24);
<br />thence Southerly along the East line of said Section Twenty-four (24),
