<br />Denise D. Myers, Trustee and Grantor, in performance of said trust and by virtue of the
<br />power and authority given in and by such instrument, and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00)

<br />of the said West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W1/2SE1/4) a distance of Two
<br />Hundred Ninety Five and Six Hundredths (295.06) feet to the Point of Beginning;

<br />Sixty Eight Hundredths (340.68) feet to a point; thence N 00003'11" E a distance
<br />of Two Hundred Ninety Five and Twenty Hundredths (295.20) feet to a point;
<br />thence S 88037'47" W a distance of Two Hundred Ninety Five and Thirty One
<br />Hundredths (295.31) feet to the Point of Beginning. Said tract contains 42.836
<br />acres more or less of which 0.258 acres more or less are County Road right-of-
<br />way.

<br />This reconveyance is made in full satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Trust Deed
<br />recorded on March 6, 2002, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 200202497.
