<br />PARTIES: This Deed of Trust is made on 12/15/2006 among, the Grantor, DA VlD L KENNEL and ROCHELLE M KENNEL, ("Borrower"),
<br />AREND R BAACK, ATTORNEY, whose residence address is P. O. Box 790, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska ("Trustee"), and the
<br />Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, a corporation organized and existing under the
