<br />sinale person as Trustor to Commerical Federal Bank, a Federal Savinas Bank as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />Nebraska Investment Finance Authoritv the beneficiary named therein, dated November 8,2000, and recorded
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book _ Page _ or Instrument
<br />Number 200009791 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT
<br />FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in
