<br />NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6TH P. M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />subject to right-of-way of Union Pacific Railroad
<br />Company across said tract. Said tract of 25 acres,
<br />being more particularly described as follows:

<br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southeast
<br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE1/4 SW1/4) of
<br />Section One (1) in Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., running thence
<br />Easterly and parallel with the Southerly line of
<br />said Se~tion a distance of Fifty (50) rods, thence

<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and by Warranty Deed recorded
<br />6/15/78,. as Document #78-003740, said excepted
<br />tracts Qeing described as follows:

<br />Nine (9) West, running thence North a distance of
<br />327.43 feet, running thence East parallel to the
<br />South U~ne of the said Southeast Quarter of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (SE1/4 SW1/4) a distance of 210
<br />feet, running thence South parallel to the West
<br />line of the said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (SE1/4 SW1/4) a distance of 327.43 feet to
<br />the South line of the said Southeast Quarter of the
