<br />subject to right-of-way of Union Pacific Railroad
<br />Company across said tract. Said tract of 25 acres,

<br />6/15/78,. as Document #78-003740, said excepted
<br />tracts Qeing described as follows:

<br />feet, running thence South parallel to the West
