DEED OF RE, CONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, S �0
<br />THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust Executed by
<br />Richard J. Curry and Melanie J. Curry, Husband and Wife to Adams County Bank,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of Adams County Bank, Beneficiary named herein, said Deed of
<br />Trust being dated 29th day of September, 2006 and recorded in the office of the County
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on October 4, 2006, as instrument
<br />#0200608924, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed
<br />of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
<br />the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee, does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto all the interest
<br />and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in and to the
<br />following described premises, to -wit:
<br />The North Half of the Southwest Quarter (N '/2 SW '/4) of Section Thirty -Three (33),
<br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
