Case as Trustee for the <br />benefit of Pioneer Trail Energy, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, the Beneficiary named <br />therein, dated July 5, 2006, and recorded July 7, 2006, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 200606084 have been performed, and said Beneficiary <br />has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its <br />endorsement below; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such performance and in accordance with the <br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, <br />grant, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate <br />derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust and Assignment of Rents on the premises <br />set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference herein together with <br />all buildings, fixtures, and improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises. <br /> <br />Dated: ~t((-h,. 1~2006. <br /> <br />LCI-/C <br /> <br />Steven P.
