<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Geneva State Bank, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust
<br />February 11, 2004, Tony R. Robertson and Celeste M. Robertson, Husband and Wife as Trustor(s),
<br />in which Geneva State Bank, a Nebraska corporation, is named as Beneficiary and as Trustee, which is
<br />recorded in Inst. #0200401294 Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the
<br />beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that it has received payment in full of the
<br />Note or Notes secured by said Deed of Trust and the Promissory Note secured by said Deed of Trust has
<br />been surrendered to the undersigned as Trustee for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, all the estate and interest derived by the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in following
<br />described real estate, to~wit:

<br />Lots 7 and 8 and the South 1/2 of Lot 9, in Block 11, in the Original Town of Cairo, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
