<br />Jesus Meraz and Antonia Benitez, husband and wife, GRANTOR, in
<br />consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, conveys to
<br />GRANTEE, Rene W. Lopez and Juana M. Lopez, husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as

<br />particularly described as follows: Begilming at the Southeasterly corner of said Lot
