<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by MARCUS
<br />MORENO AND PATTY MORENO Trustor, to
<br />COMMERCIAL FEDERAL BANK , Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of COMMERCIAL FEDERAL BANK Beneficiary,
