<br />I<NOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Luris C. Calero and Julio Calero, Wife and Husband, as Trustor, to
<br />Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State
<br />Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 7th day of September, 2006
<br />and recorded on the 12th day of September, 2006, at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 200608140, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as defmed in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):
<br />
<br />Lot Two (2), Block Sixteen (16), in the Original Town, now City of Grand Island, as
<br />surveyed, platted and recorded in Hall County, Nebraska.
