<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by Equitable Bank,
<br />formerly known as Equitable Federal Savings Bank, as beneficiary named in such trust deed, the
<br />undersigned hereby grants and reconveys to the parties entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate
<br />and interest derived HALL County, State of Nebraska, described as follows:
<br />LOT FIFTEEN (15), IN BLOCK ONE (1), PONDEROSA LAKE ESTATES THIRD SUBDIVISION IN THE
