<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, JOF~M. CU1frJINGHAM, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State
<br />Bar Association, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated October
<br />4, 1999, eyecuted by EDWIN R. SCHMIDT, a single person, as
<br />Trustor, in which MABEL V. SCHMIDT of Grand Island, Nebraska, is
<br />named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which Deed
<br />was recorded on October 8, 1999, as Instrument No. 0099109890, in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, JOHN M. CUNNINGHAM, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from MABEL V. SCHMIDT
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, written request to reconvey the real
<br />estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />Beginning at the North Quarter corner of Section 14, Township 9 North,
<br />Range 12 West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska; thence Easterly on
<br />the North line of Section 14 on an assumed bearing of S 900 00' 00" E,
<br />1,046.07 feet; thence S 000 44' 23" W, 652.40 feet, thence N 90000' 00"
<br />W, 541.65 feet; thence N 00044' 23" E, 490.00 feet; thence N 900 00' 00"
<br />W, 504.42 feet to a point on the West line of the Northeast Quarter of
<br />Section 14; thence N 000 44' 23" E on said West line of the Northeast
<br />Quarter, 162.40 feet to the point of beginning, containing 10.0 acres,

<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee,
<br />does hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee
<br />hereunder.
