<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated APRIL 30. 2003 and recorded MAY 5. 2003 in
<br />DOCUMENT # 0200305587. in the office ofthe HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE IN
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed
<br />of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered; AND AN EXTENSION AGREEMENT DATED
<br />AUGUST 11,2003 AND RECORDED AUGUST 18,2003 AS DOCUMENT #0200310761;

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />LOTS SIXTEEN (16), AND SEVENTEEN ( 17) SANTA ANlT A ESTATES SUBDIVISION, IN THE

<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being the
<br />intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land
<br />described remain as heretofore.
