<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Barbara Goettsche and Roger Goettsche, wife and husband; and
<br />Blanche Louise Blackburn, by and through her attorney-in-fact, Barbara Goettsche, herein called the GRANTOR,
<br />whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration received from GRANTEE,
<br />does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Diane R. Dombrowski, herein called the Grantee whether one
