<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, all ofthe indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by BECKI J.
<br />HAL TE, a single person, to BRANDON S. CONNICK, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit
<br />of ST AROSTKA GROUP UNLIMITED, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated September 16,2005, and recorded September 20,2005, in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument Number 200509328, has been paid,
<br />and the said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
