<br />and Ana M Guadron. Husband and Wife as Trustor to Commerical Federal Bank, a Federal Savinos Bank as
<br />Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authoritv the beneficiary named therein, dated Auqust
<br />29, 1997, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book _ Page
<br />or Instrument Number 97-107156 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to
<br />NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by
