<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Brent A. Hockman and Heather J Hockman, Husband and Wife, as
<br />Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte
<br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 18th day of
<br />October, 2005 and recorded on the 31st day of October, 2005, at the Register of Deeds Office,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200510751, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, docs by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):
