<br />WHEREAS, Union Bank and Trust Company is the present Trustee of record under that certain
<br />Deed of Trust executed on November 15, 1993, by RONALD G BISHOP AND DARLA JEAN BISHOP,
<br />husband and wife, as Trustor(s), to Union Bank and Trust, as Trustee, for the benefit of Union Bank and
<br />Trust Company recorded on November 24, 1993, as Instrument Number 93-110185, in the Records in the
<br />Office of the County Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />AND WHEREAS, the undersigned, Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and
<br />Trust Company of Superior is the present holder of the beneficial interest under said Deed of Trust, and
<br />hereby appoints itself as Trustee in place and stead of said Union Bank and Trust, under said Deed of Trust;
<br />
<br />AND WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust has been fully paid and satisfied;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of
<br />Superior as substituted Trustee under said Deed of Trust, does hereby reconvey to the parties entitled thereto
<br />all right, title and interest, which was heretofore acquired under said Deed of Trust.
