<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness seemed by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />BRADLEY C MENKE AND MARILYN J MENKE. HUSSBAND AND WIFE.
<br />to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SA VINaS AND LOAN
<br />AS SOCIA TIONOF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASK.A,.-the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />OCTOBER 25.2005 and recorded NOVEMBER 3.2005 in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200510911 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
