<br />or streets by this Ordinance, since it is the express intent of the Mayor and City Council
<br />to enact each Section, subsection, clause or phrase separately, and to annex each tract of
<br />land separately.
<br />Section 6. This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its
<br />passage, approval and publication within fifteen (15) days in an issue of the Wood River
<br />Sunbeam provided the final plat of said annexed territory has been approved and signed
<br />and filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />provided by law.
<br />Section 7. That a certified copy of this Ordinance, together with a drawing of
<br />such tract of land, be filed for record in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds
<br />upon passage of this Ordinance.
