<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, all or part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by David A Stolz and Kathleen M Stolz, Trustor, to Union Bank and Trust
<br />Company, Trustee dated November 15,2005, and filed for record in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska on November 28. 2005, as Instrument # 2005-
