<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Donald D.
<br />Mehring, a married person for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION,
<br />dated as of March 3rd, 2005 and recorded on March 14th, 2005 as Instrument Number
<br />0200502136, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, does hereby
<br />quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without any warranty,
<br />all of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in and to the real property described in
<br />said Deed of Trust. This Reconveyance is executed at the request of the Beneficiary under said
<br />Deed of Trust.

<br />Property: The South Fifty and One Half feet (50.5') of the West Half (W1/2) of Lot Five (5), of
<br />Vantine's Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPTING therefrom a tract of land more
<br />particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 164, page 19.
