STOLTENBERG and MARY V. STOLTENBERG, husband and wife and <br />DONALD E. STOLTENBERG and R. MARIE STOLTENBERG, husband and wife, <br />GRANTORS, in consideration of FIFTY THOUSAND AND NO/IOO DOLLARS ($50,000.00) <br />received from GRANTEES, RANDY R. EICKHOFF and LISA A. EICKHOFF, husband and <br />wife, convey to GRANTEES, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship and not as tenants in <br />common, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. ,9 76-201) situated in <br />Hall County, Nebraska: <br /> <br />Lots One (1) and Two (2), Stoltenberg Acres Subdivision, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br /> <br />subject to the following restrictions: <br /> <br />(a) No building or dwelling house shall be moved onto said lots and <br />placed upon said lots.
