WILSQN,llUSBAN~ AND WIFE, as Grantor, with MICHAEL F. <br />KIVETT, as Trustee, was recorded 1/30/2002, as Document # 0200201156, Hall Register of Deeds County Office <br />of the Register of Deeds, State of Nebraska; <br />AND WHEREAS the present Beneficiary, now desires that another Trustee be appointed in the place and <br />stead of the original Trustee to execute the trust in said Deed of Trust, and for that purpose appoints AREND R. <br />BAACK, Attorney at Law, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as Successor Trustee; <br />NOW THEREFORE, the said AREND R.
