<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, including the indebtedness
<br />identified herein and the trust herein created, the receipt of
<br />which is hereby acknowledged, Trustor irrevocably grants,
<br />transfers, conveys, and assigns to Trustee, IN TRUST, WITH POWER
<br />OF SALE, for the benefit and security of Beneficiary, under and
<br />subject to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the
<br />real property located in Hall County, Nebraska, and legally
<br />described as the West Fifty-three and One~third (53~) rods of the
<br />East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E~NE~) of Section Five (5),
<br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, subject to easements and restrictions of
<br />record.
