<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Randy E.
<br />Schimmer and Brenda J. Schimmer, Husband and Wife for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK,
<br />NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Successor to Norwest Bank Nebraska, National Bank as a result of
<br />an acquisition and name change as of February 23rd, 1999 and recorded on February 25th, 1999
<br />as Instrument Number 99-102039, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in and to
<br />the real property described in said Deed of Trust. This Reconveyance is executed at the request
<br />of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
