<br />Ward Jr and Elizabeth Anne Ward, Husband and Wife as Trustor to Commerical Federal Bank as Trustee for
<br />the benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authoritv the beneficiary named therein, dated June 8, 2000, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book _ Page _ or
<br />Instrument Number 200004679 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
