<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of dle indebtedness secured by ilie Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Encinger Properties, L.L.C, a Nebraska Corporation, to Platte Valley State
<br />Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company,
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, recorded on the 13th day of August, 2003, at the Register of Deeds
<br />office, Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument number 02003-10592 has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to ilie p'erson or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):
