<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the'Deed of Trust executed by DONALD
<br />C. DIERS, PRESIDENT OF DIERS MOTOR CO. OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a
<br />Nebraska corporation, to Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, Successor Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />FEW, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, the Beneficiary named therein, dated October 5,2006, and
<br />recorded October 6, 2006, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No. 200608975, has been paid, and the said Beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered,
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived
<br />to said Trustee by or tlrrough said Trust Deed in the following-described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:

<br />Lot I, Commonwealth Business Park Second Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska;
