<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that GREGORY L. GALLES, is the
<br />Successor Trustee under a Deed of Trust made and entered into on or about November 2,2005, by
<br />MANUAL CAYAX and DOMINGO PASCUAL, each a single person, Trustors, in which
<br />MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., was named as Beneficiary
<br />and U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION as Trustee, and which was
<br />filed for record on November 3,2005, as Instrument No. 2005-10924 of the Mortgage Records of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, MO RTGAGE
<br />ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., to U.S. BANK, N.A., by virtue of an
<br />Assignment dated July 31, 2006, and filed for record on August 3, 2006, as Instrument No. 2006-
<br />06908 the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES was appointed
<br />Successor Trustee by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee dated August 28,2006, and recorded August
<br />31,2006, as Instrument No. 2006-07815 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES, Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Four
<br />Thousand Sixty One and 53/100 Dollars ($104,061.53) and other good and valuable consideration
<br />received from U.S. BANK, N.A., does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto V.S.
<br />BANK, N .A. (hereinafter "Grantee" where appropriate), the following-described real property in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, to wit:

<br />Lot Five (5), in Block Eleven (11), Arnold and Abbott's Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />
<br />to have and to hold the above-described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the Grantee and to Grantee's successors and assigns forever.
<br />Grantor does hereby covenant with Grantee and Grantee's successors and assigns:
<br />
<br />1. That MANUAL CAYAX and DOMINGO PASCUAL, each a single person, Trustors,
<br />failed to pay to Beneficiary payments which were contractually due, and the Grantor, at the
<br />request of the Beneficiary, elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon at once immediately due and payable.
<br />
<br />2. That a Notice of Default as required by S 76-1006 was filed by Grantor on August 31,2006,
<br />as Instrument No. 2006-07816 of the Miscellaneous Records in the office ofthe Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. A copy of said Notice of Default was thereafter mailed to
<br />all parties entitled to notice, pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with S 76-
<br />1008, R.R.S. Nebraska.

<br />3. That the Trustors failed to cure the default referenced in the Notice of Default within 30 days
<br />after filing of the Notice of Default.
<br />
<br />4. That a Notice of Trustee's Sale was filed by Grantor on October 10,2006, as Instrument No.
<br />2006-09041 of the Miscellaneous Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. A copy of said Notice of the time and place of the sale was thereafter
<br />mailed to all parties entitled to notice pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with
<br />S 76-1008, R.R.S. Nebraska.
