<br />of ONE dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto: Yanet Pinedo, a single person, (hereinafter called "Grantee"), whether one or more, the following

<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto

<br />said premises against all persons claiming the same from, through or under Grantor.

<br />The foregoing property was acquired by Grantor pursuant to the National Housing Act, as amended (12 U.S.C. ~ 1701 ~ ~.)
<br />and the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act (42 U. S. C, ~ 3531).
