<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Darin J.
<br />Placke and Karen K. Placke, Husband and Wife, Borrower, to HERITAGE BANK, Trustee, for
<br />the benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated March 7, 2006, and
<br />recorded March 13, 2006, instrument number 0200602179 in the office of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been
<br />requested this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
<br />below:
