<br />--KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Thomas
<br />W. O'Neill and Jill A. O'Neill, Husband and Wife, Borrower, to HERITAGE BANK, Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of HERlT AGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, datcd January 19, 2005,
<br />and recorded January 19,2005, instrument number 0200500514 in the office of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been
<br />requested this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
